1/2 tsp(s). salt
8 Whole Turnips- trimmed, not peeled
1/4 Cup(s) butter, melted
1/4 tsp(s). fresh ground pepper
2 Tbsp(s). chopped parsley

Directions:
1. Parboil turnips 20 to 30 minutes, or until just tender.
2. Preheat oven to 350’.
3. Place turnips in shallow baking dish.
Combine butter with salt and pepper; pour over turnips.
4. Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
